Yesterday we told you about the many international Colombia love stories going on here at the See Colombia office. Today we want to share something very special too. Below you’ll find the video of my surprise proposal to Marcela. Marcela and I met on Facebook back in 2009 , up until that point we were both avid travelers that almost crossed paths many times: we had been several times in the same countries – and even at the same venues! – at the same time, but it was only through social media that we had the chance to meet “for real”. In 2010 I decided to propose to her in an original way, what follows is the footage of what happened that night:

This is the Colombia Travel Blog homage to all those travelers that fall in love and dont let their traveling be an obstacle, but that on the contrary embrace their lifestyle even more to keep exploring the world as couples.

And this is also my way of thanking my wife Marcela, the person who made me love Colombia almost as much as she does, for the wonderful life I’m living together with her and our daughter Maria del Mar. Thanks for all your love and for being so passionate in every single thing you do in life. Te amo, Chimps!
