TAIRONACA TOUR
Day 1. Santa Marta. Taironaca Ecological & Archaeological Tour. Don Diego River – Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
After breakfast, you will be picked up and taken 60km away from Santa Marta and into the surrounding area. Located in the midst of nature, Tayrona reveals a past full of mystery and wisdom. There are paths, terraces, stairs, aqueducts and ceremonial houses to see. Here you can see how the Tayrona people lived one thousand years ago, as well as how their descendents, the Kogi, live today. Upon arrival, we will transfer to boats to go up the Don Diego River, and be led by a guide through the archaeological sites. Optional activities include kayaking and floating down the river. NEGUAJE PLAYA CRISTAL DAY TOUR
Day 7. Santa Marta. Neguanje Playa Cristal
Enjoy one of the most important ecological areas in the Colombian Caribbean, with crystal blue waters, white sand beaches and beautiful coral reefs that are ideal to snorkel past. Along the route we will drive through tropical trees, and once they clear we will have a perfect view as our welcome to the “Sea of Seven Colors”. Be sure to bring snacks, clothes that are comfortable for walking, and sun protection with you today. Meals: B.
GABRIEL GARCIA MARQUEZ TOUR
Day 8. Santa Marta. The Nobel's Roots
Upon arrival to Aracataca, the home town to Gabriel Garcia Marquez, we will take a walking tour that will visit a variety of sites. Today we will visit the train station, the statue of Remedios the Beautiful Ascending to Heaven, the ridge of the Almond trees, the United Fruit Company’s commissary, the Montesorri school where Marquez studied, the edict of the Masonic Lodge, the Berracaza residence, Remedios the Beauty Library, and the Museum House – created in the house of his grandparents, Bolivar Plaza and the house of the telegrapher. Includes air conditioned transportation, lunch, and guide. Return to Santa Marta. Meals: B, L.

Day 8. Santa Marta
Free day to enjoy all that Santa Marta has to offer, whether its another beach or walking around in the plaza on the waterfront. Meals: B.
SCUBA DIVING
Day 14 - January 12. Santa Marta. Scuba Diving
You’ll be picked up at your hotel for a full day of diving. Here, there are more than 20 places to dive, including around walls and shipwrecks. You’ll find a huge variety of underwater life, from colourful corals to amazing fish you’ll only find in reefs.You’ll see parrot-fish, angel fish, butterfly fish, red porgies, queen triggerfish and many more. It’s an unforgettable underwater experience. You’ll arrive back in Santa Marta around 4pm. The tour includes transfers, two dives, diving equipment, two tanks, divemaster, and a basic lunch. Day 12 - September 23. Santa Marta. City tour
At the chosen time enjoy a four hour panoramic tour of Santa Marta where you´ll visit the beautiful Rodadero Bay, Taganga lookout, Customs House and the breathtaking Quinta de San Pedro Alejandrino founded in 1608 where Simon Bolivar spend his last few days. Meals: B.

Day 1. Coffee Experience at Minca- Sierra Nevada
The tour starts at 8am. During your visit you will gain a unique insight into the real lives of the coffee workers of the area far from the Coffee Triangle. This tour allows us to learn the fantastic and mystical history of the coffee growing in Colombia. From the coffee corps we will continue to the Joyful Harvest, where you can wear traditional outfits and harvest, pulp, dry, roast and ground your own coffee as the locals have done since colonial times. Then, after a great day at work you can sit down and enjoy a fantastic cup of the best Colombia Coffee, specially processed and made by you, for you!
