UN Recognises the Hard Work of Colombia

The work of the Colombian people has been recognised by the UN and, as a result, the country has been removed from the list of countries requiring special observation by the UN’s narcotics body. This move was made in response to the country’s efforts to increase the effectiveness of the supply and demand of drugs in the country.
We at See Colombia Travel are passionate about this beautiful country, and we believe its reputation is rapidly improving. We’re aware there’s still a great deal of work to be done, and we’re proud to be part of a large group of companies, expatriates, travellers and Colombians that are seeking to change this reputation. Luckily, every so often we get a little help in the form of an article in the media or, in this instance, good words from the UN themselves.
Here is a link to an article by the BBC regarding this development.
