We decided, though, that this was to do it an injustice and so today&#8217;s post is dedicated to Salento, a charming colonial village in the <a href=\"http:\/\/seecolombia.travel\/tours\/coffee-triangle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Colombia Coffee Triangle<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Salento is the centre for travellers coming to and from the Coffee Triangle; though small it offers the perfect opportunity to visit Cocora Valley, take a coffee tour, and to see life in a typical coffee village. Moreover, there&#8217;s plenty of shopping to be done and you can try some of the <a title=\"Cafe Jesus Martin: The Best Coffee In Colombia?\" href=\"http:\/\/seecolombia.travel\/blog\/2011\/02\/cafe-jesus-martin-the-best-coffee-in-colombia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">best coffee ever<\/a>. So why delay?
