We’re in luck this Friday too, as Barranquilla’s premier party-starters<\/strong> are in Bogota for one night only to bring the costeno cumbia vibes to the nation’s capital<\/strong>: ladies and gentlemen, te presento<\/i>….Systema Solar!<\/strong><\/p>\n Joining legendary Argentine 1990’s duo Illya Kuryaki and the Valderramas tonight at the Royal Center, the band are one of See Colombia’s favourites<\/strong>, and seeing them live promises to be a riot of colour, infectious tunes, and more dancing than you can shake a hip at! Their music, in their own words, fuses cumbia, fandango, champeta, and bullerengue<\/strong> with cultural styles such as hip-hop, break-beats and music video. It’s an exciting, intoxicating fusion of musical genres<\/strong>. The band have released two albums, and their latest, La Revancha del Burro<\/i>, is their best work yet.
