Cold! Rain!<\/strong> I mean, it&#8217;s fairly emotive stuff, when you think about it.<\/p>\n<p>OK OK, well, I&#8217;ll concede that such talk is as boring as that substance bats exude in their batcaves. Well, usually. <strong>You, my friend, forgot one thing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>This is Colombia.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;ve limited your research of this country to that painstakingly prepared documentary,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/seecolombia.travel\/blog\/2011\/06\/hollywood-vs-colombia\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Mr and Mrs Jolie-Pitt<\/em><\/a>, you might be surprised that <strong>there are parts of Colombia that aren&#8217;t steaming Mexican jungle.<\/strong> One amazeballs manifestation of that famed megadiversity of this country is the different climates it&#8217;s home to. <strong>We&#8217;ve pretty much got it all here<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>1. Snow<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This will probably be the biggest shock to\u00a0<em>Smith<\/em>afiles. <strong>There&#8217;s snow in them there hills!!<\/strong> People tell me that the presence of snow so close to the equator can be explained away by topography or whatever, but it&#8217;s all lies! Ah&#8230; and&#8230; London weather?<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Just to show that Colombia, once again, covers all bases, <a href=\"http:\/\/seecolombia.travel\/blog\/2013\/03\/bogota-probably-the-best-city-in-the-world\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bogota <\/a>deserves a mention. Although <strong>it does have moments of brilliant sunshine<\/strong>, it can be rather drippy at times. Most Bogotanos carry umbrellas at all times.
