Marcela’s Q&A Friday: Airlines that fly to Colombia

Hi all! Hope everyone is doing well and looking forward to this period of festivities we’re about to enter into. Today I want to help those people looking for flights into and out of Colombia, because despite the growing reputation of Colombia as a top travel destination, many airlines are still behind!

For many places it’s not possible to get a direct flight. For example, London, many places in the US, Australia, Asia and even some places in Latin America.

There are many connections that are useful for people everywhere, however. For example, if you’re flying to London you can fly directly to Paris or Madrid and connect using a cheap airlines. In the States there are many cheap flights to Miami, New York and Fort Lauderdale, and you can connect from there.

For you Australians out there, there’s only bad news I’m afraid. Flights will always involve at least two stops, and will take almost two days. Still, it’s worth it I promise!

What follows is a list of airlines that operate directly from Colombia to other countries (please note information is subject to change depending on airlines and dates of flights):
