We wrote about Cocora Valley this week at the Colombia Travel Blog, and Salento got a brief mention. We decided, though, that this was to do it an injustice and so today’s post is dedicated to Salento, a charming colonial village in the Colombia Coffee Triangle.
Salento is the centre for travellers coming to and from the Coffee Triangle; though small it offers the perfect opportunity to visit Cocora Valley, take a coffee tour, and to see life in a typical coffee village. Moreover, there’s plenty of shopping to be done and you can try some of the best coffee ever. So why delay? Get yourself on a Colombia vacation!
